Cramlington Town Council Continues Funding for Live Well With Dementia Group

Cramlington Town Council is pleased to announce it will fund the Live Well With Dementia group for another year, supporting residents living with dementia.

The FREE weekly group, run by Age UK, meets every Monday from 2pm to 4pm at the Cramlington Town Council Community Room, Manor Walks Shopping Centre, Cramlington (NE23 6YB). Over the past year, the group has been popular, providing a friendly, relaxed environment with activities and workshops designed to support memory, wellbeing, and social connections.

Cramlington Town Council’s continued funding ensures this valued service can remain accessible to the local community for another year, helping individuals live well, stay connected, and feel supported.
