Building Society supports our Charity Champions!

It’s been a good couple of weeks for Cramlington-based animal charity Dogs First…

Recently they were the declared the Cramlington Town Council #Love Cramlington Charity Champions and today they collected £200 from the Newcastle Building Society who sponsored the award.

Assistant Branch Manager Neil Watson commented “We are pleased to give this worthwhile charity recognition for all their good work.”

Pauline and Pat from the charity were delighted to receive the donation. Pauline said “Our vet bills are considerable. Last year they amounted to almost £30,000. Just today we have three vet appointments so I thank the Newcastle Building Society and guarantee that their money directly benefits the animals that come in to our care.”
