Council gives Community Chest grant to Cramlington legal charity
Cramlington Town Council has supported a legal charity with a grant of £500 from its Community Chest Fund.
Legacare offers free legal advice and continued support to people with life limiting illnesses who have been referred by health and social care professionals.
The council’s Community and Youth Manager Maggie Martin said “The support that Legacare gives to its clients is wonderful. Their service users are in very stressful situations and the advice they receive from Legacare can immediately put them at ease.”
