Council supports Station Road apartment development

Cramlington Town Council considered an application for development proposals for a 48 unit apartment building, 8 x two
bedroom bungalows and 4 x two bedroom Tyneside flats on land west of Osborne Terrace,  Station Road,  Cramlington.

At the meeting on  March 21st  the council expressed its support for the application but also
urged the developers to ensure that rents are affordable and priority for allocation is given to Cramlington residents.
