Over seventeen thousand bedding plants have been used to create this summers’ floral displays throughout Cramlington.

Horticultural staff have been busy planting Begonias, Geraniums, Lobelia and Petunias over the last couple of weeks to fill 54 ground displays, 17 floral towers and 79 railing planters.

David Dodd and Michaela Ord are seen creating the display in the flower bed beside the War Memorial which depicts the Town Council logo.

Well done to the planting teams – we look forward to seeing the displays in full bloom!
