Details of tonight’s council meeting and public question time

October 17, 2019

Development and Strategic Management Committee to be held in the Community Room, Concordia Leisure Centre on Thursday 17th October 2019 commencing at 6.45pm.

 

Public Question Time will be held prior to the Committee meeting and will commence at 6.15pm. The Chair will invite members of the public present to put questions to or draw relevant matters to the attention of, the committee, prior to the commencement of business. Public Question shall be conducted in accordance with rules agreed by the Council under section 1(b) of Standing Orders

 

Agenda for the meeting is set out below.

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

2. MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

To agree the minutes of the Development and Strategic Management Committee meeting held on 19TH September 2019.

3. DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

Members are requested to advise Council of any declarations of interest appertaining to items on this agenda.

4.SERVICES MANAGERS REPORT

To receive the Service Manager’s report on current operational issues and projects (Report Attached)

5. CCTV

The Administration Manager to update Members on current CCTV provision (Report Attached)

6. CLEAN CRAMLINGTON

The Town Clerk and the Administration Manager will give a verbal report in relation to the “Clean Cramlington Campaign” and the “Cramlington Code”

7. BONFIRE SEASON

The Town Clerk will advise members on the current progress in relation the Town Councils strategic approach towards bonfires.

8. MEMBERS QUESTIONS

Members are invited to address questions to the Chairman or Clerk and to report matters for consideration by the Committee.
