Carers Northumberland is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of carers by responding to the needs of carers, informing carers of their rights and entitlements, supporting carers to access help for the person they care for, reducing the social isolation that so many carers feel and empowering carers to have a voice.
Details about all our carers groups and workshops can be found on our newsletter and on our Facebook page. Carers can register themselves on our website, via telephone or professional referrals can be made on their behalf to Carers Northumberland

A non-audition Community Choir for the residents of Cramlington.
If you enjoy singing, we would love to have you in our choir!
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to join and you don’t need to be able to read music. Our repertoire is wide ranging, from traditional songs to modern-day classics.
There is a weekly fee of £4.00.

Healthwise is a women’s group whose aim is to promote health and wellbeing.
They meet weekly and enjoy a varied programme of speakers, quizzes and entertainment.
They also aim to inform members about organisations relating to health and social issues.
This is done with friendly chats over a cuppa in a warm and welcoming environment.
They meet every Thursday morning between 10.30am and 12.30pm on the second floor of The Hub.
At present we have a waiting list for anyone wishing to join the group.

Jane Percy House supports people with a range of disabilities including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida and arthritis, multiple sclerosis and disabilities resulting from accidents or a stroke. As well as providing physical care, it is committed to ensuring that people have control over their lives and are treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Located in Cramlington, Northumberland, they provide accommodation and support for people with complex and high dependency needs, giving independence and lifestyle choices for adults with physical disabilities. It forms part of the nationwide network of disability support services provided by The Disabilities Trust.
Community provision – foodbank, school uniforms, nursery equipment and clothing.
Also a venue for bereavement support, craft group and job club.
Organised through Cramlington Parish social ministry.
Monday-Friday 10-4.

Members of Townswomen’s Guilds offer each other support and stability with each member benefiting from a strong national movement that has remained a cornerstone for thousands of women across the UK.
