A training company based in Blyth delivering training for 16 – 18 year-olds through study and traineeship programmes.
They support young people from Blyth, Ashington, Cramlington, Bedlington, Morpeth and beyond and also offer training for 19+ learners some funded and some self funded.

The company have continued to deliver training to young people throughout the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.
They have used online platforms and all learners who were engaged at this time have successfully completed and passed qualifications.
Whilst the training centre is based in Blyth, they also offer training in other areas if groups of 10 or above are taking part.
They are happy to discuss this outreach work at any time.
Learnyay helps adults find free education courses and training by connecting them with ESFA and local authority funded colleges, schools and training providers in their area.
Helix Arts is a team of experienced and talented Creative Producers committed to improving cultural and social inclusion.
We’re a not for profit creative business who work with artists, in partnership with other organisations, to create opportunities for people to participate in the arts.
Our work spans art forms including visual arts, filmmaking, creative writing, graphic design,animation, street dance, music and DJ-ing as well as photography, drama and textiles.
We work with people of all abilities, of all ages.
We welcome approaches from groups, organisations and individuals who want to collaborate with us.

We have still provided support throughout covid 19- phone and email support and the children support has continued directly with the child or via the parent already been supported. We are now seeing services users and their children face to face but with safely measure in place. We have a new webchat featured on are website as an alternative to make contact.
Toddler Group has 3 sessions per week. It is a very popular and well-known group for babies and toddlers.
It is a safe environment for children to play, with a fantastic selection of toys, structured crafts and always finishes with a singsong. The room is carpeted so nice for younger children. Nothing is too much trouble for the dedicated team who run the group. Venue is lovely and clean with good changing facilities.
Parents and carers get a chance to talk and have refreshments while still being able to supervise their children. If you would like more information regarding the Toddler group please contact us.

Bridge Northumberland is a voluntary programme to help people living in Northumberland who are out of work and aged 16+ to overcome barriers to training, education and work.
We help by giving you one to one support from a dedicated Bridge worker who’ll be with you every step of the way to improving your confidence, developing your skills and moving towards employment.
Our support is free and fully funded. The programme is completely voluntary and for anyone who is:
- Aged 16 years not in education or training
- 18 to 67 and unemployed or economically inactive
- Lives in Northumberland
- Despite the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we are still offering our support to people across Northumberland who want help to seek work, training or start job searching.

Opportunity Knocks (North East) CIC is a small garden / craft activity project based out of the Briardale House venue.
They are a Community Interest Company (CIC) funded by Big Lottery, Tesco Bags and Community Chest.
They work with people who have mental health issues and are looking to develop work they started prior to Covid-19 working with refugees looking to develop their English through volunteer work in the garden centre.
