- ‘Dead Good Conversations’ – Group based workshops about having open and honest conversations about death and dying as an essential part of life across all ages and how to approach this.
- ‘Lasting Legacies’ – Craft based activities based on remembering and reminiscing for those we’ve loved and lost and creative legacies for ourselves to leave to those who follow on from us. .
- ‘Last Orders, Please!’ – Individual or group based activities looking at all aspects of Advance Planning for End of Life.
- ‘Aspects of Grief’ – Understanding the complexity of grief before and after death and how to support people
- ‘Journey’s End’ – Training workshop looking at the end of life and how we can support someone to die with as much peace and dignity as possible accompanied by loved ones in line with their wishes.
- Supporting as an end of life doula – a holistic companion – supporting the dying person and their family and all involved in the caregiving, whilst honouring the uniqueness of everyone and the situation.

We have a casual roll up on Saturday afternoon, which everyone gets involved with, either new or experienced bowlers.
We run taster sessions during May free of charge. All equipment is supplied free and all we ask is you come along in flat soled shoes or trainers. Tuition is given by experienced bowlers who are more than happy to share their knowledge. Taster sessions are at 10.00am until 12 noon, with a free cuppa included.

I offer my services on a one-off fee basis or regular monthly subscription. I am a qualified teacher of adults, TAPS certified learning and development consultant and have nearly 40 years experience in the areas of technology training and data protection compliance/information governance.
Operating hours: Normal office hours but will work outside those times by request. I primarily support adults but have an enhanced DBS so can also support under 18’s

We’re a not for profit CIC mainly run by volunteers, we’re all parent carers of children and young people living with additional needs and/or disabilities in Northumberland. We work with parents, carers, and organisations such as Northumberland CC and the ICB to coproduce service improvements within SEND across Northumberland and ensure that the parent carer views are being heard.
