Field of Remembrance takes shape…..

Members of the Cramlington Branch of the Royal British Legion have been creating a Field of Remembrance.

Arranged on the grassed area next to the War Memorial, over 160 wooden crosses have been meticulously arranged. Each cross bears the name of one of the fallen from World War I and World War II that are inscribed on the memorial..

Royal British Legion members Joe Wallace and Kirsty Kelly are seen placing the crosses in Cramlington village.
