Giant poppy sponsorship… over £400 raised so far…..

Cramlington Town Council has been encouraged by the number of people who have come in to our office to sponsor one of the giant poppies that are on lamp posts around the town.

We ask for a minimum donation of £5 and there are 150 poppies available for sponsorship, with the money being passed on to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal through the Cramlington Branch.

So far over £400 has been raised by over 35 sponsorships and you can come and donate until next Friday, November 9th.
