Good turn out for Cramlington Leasehold meeting

Cramlington Estate Agent Paul Reynolds was ‘delighted’ at the turnout for a meeting held last night to help people facing leasehold issues.

Paul said: “There were about 150 people at Cramlington Village Club where I had lined up two experts to answer questions about leasehold agreements. It is a complicated subject, but people will now be better informed. Of course, it would be better if the houses hadn’t been sold with leasehold agreements, but they were, and we have to deal with it. Many Cramlington residents now find themselves in a difficult situation but hopefully after last night they have more information to hand.”

“Thanks to the Village Club for the use of their room – it was a good opportunity for people to meet with others in the same situation and thanks to Cramlington Town Council for their work promoting the event.”
