Healthwise  is a group formed in Cramlington in 2000 by a group of women who had all experienced life changing events – such as serious illness, divorce, bereavement or retirement.  Their aim was to lead a healthier, happier lifestyle, while becoming more knowledgeable about their health and well being.

Over the years members have experienced friendship and support, enjoyed social outings, interesting speakers, music and entertainment, workshops and training and other various topics.

To celebrate their 20th anniversary year they have introduced some light exercise into their lives by introducing a ballroom dancing class which takes place on Wednesday afternoon between 1.30 – 2.30 pm at the Dance Studio in High Pit.
