Klondyke affordable housing development – Advance Northumberland want your views

On behalf of Advance Northumberland, a Public Consultation has been prepared by IDPartnership and Hedley Planning Services for a new residential development at Klondyke, Cramlington.

A planning application is set to be submitted to Northumberland County Council in the coming weeks seeking planning permission for the sustainable development of 14 new affordable homes, comprising of 2 bed bungalows, 2 bed houses and 3 bedroom houses.

The purpose of the online public consultation is to not only to inform the public of proposed plans, but a chance to gather  feedback on individual elements of the development, or the scheme as a whole. Feedback will be collated and shared with the development team. Where applicable, this feedback will be used to amend the scheme.
