Manor Walks Public Consultation Events

Manor Walks are inviting the community to come along and see their proposed plans for the redevelopment of the shopping centre. They are at an early stage and have developed a concept vision, and this is a chance for people to share their views.

Their ambition is to increase the quality and mix of the retail offering. Initial plans include:

• Improved visitor experience
• Improved retail offer
• New mall entrance
• New Town Square able to host events and activities

When: Wednesday 15th July, 3pm to 6pm, and Thursday 16th July, 2pm to 6pm
Where: 24 Northumbria House, Manor Walks Shopping Centre, Cramlington, NE23 6UR (former Vodafone store, next to Greggs, Central Mall)

These are informal drop-in sessions, so people can attend at any point during the day or at advertised times. Members of the project team will be on hand during the events to provide information and answer questions.

The display boards will also remain up in the Centre over the weekend of Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th July, and online for two weeks after the events for further feedback.
