Meet Your Local Police Team

Residents are invited to meet their neighbourhood police team at a special community event.

Town Councillors Neil Graham and Pat Heard have organised the event, which will take place at Beaconhill Community Centre on Friday 6th June from 6pm to 8pm.

The evening offers local residents a chance to chat informally with their local police officers, ask questions about community safety, and discuss any concerns they may have about their neighbourhood.

“This is a great opportunity for people to meet the officers who patrol their area,” said Cllr Pat Heard. “Whether you want to report concerns, ask about local crime prevention, or simply get to know your community police team, everyone is welcome.”

The event is free to attend and no booking is required. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the evening.

Beaconhill Community Centre is located at Langdale Dr, Beaconhill Lea, NE23 8EH Limited parking is available.

All residents, young and old, are encouraged to pop along at any time between 6pm and 8pm on Friday 6th June. It’s an ideal chance to put faces to names and strengthen the relationship between the community and local police.
