Next meeting of the Cramlington, Bedlington and Seaton Valley Local Area Council.

The next meeting of the Cramlington, Bedlington and Seaton Valley Local Area Council will be held at The Methodist Church, Taylor Gardens, Seaton Sluice, Whitley Bay, NE26 4RH on Wednesday, 17 July 2019 at 5:00 pm.

Members of the press and public are welcome to attend. The main items to be discussed are: 

PLANNING APPLICATIONS: 

17/02012/OUT – Outline planning permission with all matters reserved for the erection of two dwellings – Land west of 62 Station Road, Stannington, NE61 6NN. present certificates to recipients of Community Chest funding. 

19/01613/CCD – Proposal to remove existing metal boundary fencing, brickwork pillars and section of wall. Erect 1.8m boundary fencing, set into the existing playground and aligned behind the retained dwarf wall – Seghill County First School, Main Street North, Seghill, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 7SB. 

PUBLIC QUESTION TIME: to reply to any questions received from members of the public, which may be received in writing in advance or asked at the meeting. 

PETITIONS: to receive any new petitions; consider reports on petitions previously received and to receive any updates on petitions previously considered; consider reports on petitions previously received. 

LOCAL SERVICES ISSUES: to raise any issues about the services provided by the Local Services Group with the Area Managers from Technical Services and Neighbourhood Services present from members of the Local Area Council. 

TOUR OF BRITAIN: To receive an overview of Stage 3 of the 2019 Tour of Britain.
