NOTICE OF ELECTION: Cramlington South West Ward

Northumberland County Council has published the Notice of Election for one County Councillor position in the Cramlington South West Ward following the resignation of Cllr Shaun Knowles.

Anyone wishing to stand in the election must deliver their nomination papers by hand to the council’s returning officer at County Hall by 4pm on Wednesday, March 18. The papers can be obtained from the elections office at the same building.

If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 16th April 2026.
