Praise for the Partnership team
Cramlington Town Council hosted a breakfast meeting with staff from the Partnership Team, giving councillors the opportunity to thank them for all their work keeping the town looking at it’s best.
The Partnership is the arrangement where Cramlington Town Council chooses to pay an enhanced rate to Northumberland County Council and in return an extra 10 staff are employed in the team looking after Cramlington.
The Partnership is in it’s fifth year and Town Mayor, Loraine de Simone, praised the success of the agreement and the dedication of the staff saying “I know the team take pride in their work throughout the town and on behalf of all the councillors I would like to thank them for their dedication. We all have a common goal – to make Cramlington a place to be proud of. We are lucky that there are a lot of green spaces in the town but that requires a lot of care and attention – thank you all for making the local environment a pleasant place for the residents that live here.”
