Please don’t use the play equipment until then as we are carrying out a programme of safety inspections and deep cleaning.

We know families and youngsters will be delighted to have access to these areas again but coronavirus is still within the local community so:

• adhere to the ‘one metre plus’ government guidelines

• use hand sanitiser before and after visiting play areas

• if the play area is really busy please come back another time

• use the bins or take your rubbish home with you

• don’t visit the park if anyone in your family is unwell

• note that cleansing is not undertaken by council staff

• we will carry out weekly safety inspections on the equipment
