Report Non-Urgent Crime Using Digital Contact Options

Northumbria Police are encouraging residents to make use of their digital contact services to report non-urgent crime, share information, or seek advice.

Residents can contact Northumbria Police by:

• Sending a direct message on Facebook, X or Instagram
• Using the Live Chat function on the Northumbria Police website (Blue button bottom right on their website)
• Completing an online reporting form

These services provide a quick and convenient way to get in touch without needing to make a phone call and are monitored by real people in their communications centre.
