St Paul’s housing plans deferred for site visit

At the latest Cramlington, Bedlington and Seaton Valley local area council, the application  by Ascent Homes to build nineteen new homes on the site of the former St Paul’s Catholic Academy, off Doddington Drive, has been deferred until a site visit has taken place to look at issues regarding access to the site.
