VIDEO: Join in Cramlington’s Great Spring Clean!

February 8, 2022

Cramlington Town Council have put out a community call to encourage local organisations, businesses and community groups to take part in their litter picking initiative ‘Cramlington’s Great Spring Clean’.

The town-wide litter pick is being held over the weekend of February 26 and 27.

Cramlington Town Council will provide litter picking equipment, arrange collection of the rubbish and promote the picks for groups wanting the public to join them.

In return they are inviting you along with other local residents and groups to organise a pick in their area.

Town Councillors are also a point of contact and can liaise with litter picking groups in their ward in need of information.  You can find out who the councillors are in your ward via the Cramlington Town Council website.

So, if you are able to take part in this campaign to help keep Cramlington clean and green please register your litter pick HERE or for more information please get in touch with our Community and Youth Manager Maggie Martin on 01670 708679 or via email at maggie@cramlingtontowncouncil.gov.uk
